TRIVIA: There were high expectations for Michael Jackson's new album 'Dangerous', many months before it's scheduled release date, due to the huge successes of his previous three albums. The debut single 'Black or White' entered the charts straight in at the number one position; it appeared that expectations had been reached. 'Dangerous' marked a development of Michael's diverse range of musical styles, mixing R&B, rap, gospel, rock, pop and dance into one jam-packed album. The success of the 'Dangerous' album led to a massive World Tour; bigger and better than his awe-inspiring 'Bad World Tour.' With massive sales figures to match its predecessor, the 'Dangerous' album is positioned high in the World sales rankings, and is still one of Michael Jackson's biggest selling albums. It spawned a succession of hit singles and fantastic 'short movies' to accompany them. The title track is one of the most underrated songs on the album, and didn't feature a commercial single release. Instead, it was used in the spectacular promotional video campaign for the album upon it's launch.
