TRIVIA: Unreleased
sampler CD featuring rare album megamixes from 'Thriller', 'Bad',
and 'Dangerous', to commemorate the release of the 'Invincible'
album and the re-released 'Special Edition' back-catalogue albums.
Also included is
the previously commercially unreleased CD-format of the track 'Someone
Put Your Hand Out.' The disc features special 'seamless' digital
mixing; a breakdown of each megamixes' song content is listed above.
Presented in an album case, the CD is accompanied by a rear sleeve
and unique fold-out tab front sleeve.
CD Samplers
Explained:
Sometimes referred
to as a 'CD-Acetates' or 'White-Labels', such sample-CDs are most
commonly pressed on writable discs. The CDs are not factory-made
(as commercial release CDs are), and are produced in very limited
quantities directly at the 'mixing-suite', to showcase musical content
and sleeve designs. Sample-CDs are frequently mistaken as Promo
CDs, which they are not. Such samplers are unreleased, un-catalogued
recordings made by outside sources (not by record labels) for demonstration
purposes, as is the industry standard, and thus have NOT been created
by Epic, Sony or MJJ Productions.
